For Meetings and Services

Should we determine that it is necessary to cancel our Church Service due to weather concerns, we will make every effort to inform the congregation of the closing via emails, social media posts and a banner on our website.

If Ponca City Public Schools close due to weather, our office will also be closed and our special programs, administrative meetings, rehearsals, etc. will also be canceled.
